PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure strength in junction of a toothed gear in which a metallic ring-like body having teeth in its outer periphery and a metallic bush disposed in its center are connected integrally by a resin web.SOLUTION: A metallic ring-like body 2 having teeth in its outer periphery and a detent part 5 formed in its inner periphery and a metallic bush 3 which includes a detent part 5' in its outer periphery and is rotated about a rotation axis are prepared. Between the inner periphery of the metallic ring-like body 2 and the outer periphery of the metallic bush 3 disposed in the center thereof, a reinforcing fiber base material 8' made with a reinforcing fiber and disposed by being fitted to the detent parts 5, 5' is formed by a papermaking method to form a toothed gear semi-finished body in which the metallic ring-like body 2 and the metallic bush 3 are connected to the reinforcing fiber base material 8'. The tooth-gear semi-finished body is disposed in a molding die, a resin is impregnated to the reinforcing fiber base material 8', a resin web is molded by hot pressure molding, and the web is connected integrally with the metallic ring-like body 2 and the metallic bush 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
