Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of an underground heat exchanger ensuring heat exchange performance and excellent in durability.
A first heat medium pipe 21 comprising a thermoplastic resin is spirally wound on the outer periphery of a first cylindrical housing 11 such as aluminum, and is inserted into the inside of a second cylindrical housing 12. The first cylindrical housing 11 extends and the first heat medium pipe 21 is held between the first cylindrical housing 11 and the second cylindrical housing 12, and then the first heat medium pipe 21 is deformed with hydraulic pressure and the area of contacting the first cylindrical housing 11 and the second cylindrical housing 12 with the first heat medium pipe 21 increases.
