Abstract:

To make smoothly executable a multi-kind production by selecting and correcting a process control model and to improve the quality of worked products by controlling the processes and manufacturing facilities.

The process control model is defined from the relation between process result data on object worked products and a manufacturing process, inspection data or equipment management data and the data in the other manufacturing processes in the same process flow. A manufacturing parameter in the object process is decided based on the defined process control model and the process result data, etc., of the worked products in the working processes and the other working processes and the working process result data, etc., of used facilities.
