Abstract:
To provide respective methods for manufacturing aluminum-alloy sheet materials, sheets and formed members by which the productivity of a local softening and forming process can be improved and a large-sized member can be mass-produced.
A heating body 3, where heating portions 4 are partially provided onto the surface on the side to be brought into contact with a strip-like sheet material 2 which is wound out from a coil 1, is moved up and down to be brought into contact with the sheet material 2. By repeating this operation, respective contact portions 5 of the sheet material 2 with the heating portions 4 can be locally heated and softened.
