The marine organism adhesion preventing device is arranged along the stream direction of an inlet channel W, and formed of: titanium sheets 4 which are obtained by partly overlapping a plurality of panel-like titanium plates 10 on one another, and serve an anodes; insulation materials 11 which are arranged on one surface of the titanium sheet 4, and composed of insulating resins 11a and foamed materials 11b; long stainless steel plates 12; and corrosion preventive electrodes 7.
