Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make a clutch shaft into speed-up rotation in order to compactify a hydraulic clutch structure, and simultaneously forming it into a geared structure to secure a difference of elevation lying between both input and output shafts as well as to promote a reduction in cost so as to make it composable with one housing irrespective of divergence in the difference of elevation between these two input and output shafts and that of right side board and left side board.
CONSTITUTION: In this marine reduction reversing gear A, an input gear IG is installed in an input shaft IS, making it into such a structure as meshing with an inverse gear GI with a clutch shaft CS1. Then, an intermediate gear MG is interposed between pinions P1, P2 and an output gear OG into engagement. In addition, in other marine reduction reversing gears B and B', a housing BH, whose front and rear parts are the same reversed form, is made up, and it is turned from side to side and thereby the marine reduction reversing gear of both right and left sides is made so as to be composable. Accordingly, the input shaft IS is directly connected to a clutch CS1', whereby a difference of elevation Hi between both input and output shafts is secured, and likewise directly to a clutch shaft CS2', a difference of elevation H2 is secured, respectively.
