The marrow nucleus sucking and removing apparatus is equipped with a marrow nucleus sucking and removing tube for sucking a marrow nucleus by inserting the tip of a nozzle from the cut end of spinal cord, a suction tank which has a suction port connected to the tube and is kept in fixed negative pressure state so as to apply negative pressure to the tip of the nozzle, an ejector which is attached to the suction tank and makes the inside of the suction tank under negative pressure and a storage tank which is installed in between the marrow nucleus sucking and removing tube and the suction tank and stores the marrow nucleus sucked from the nozzle. The marrow nucleus sucking and removing apparatus has constitution that at least parts of the nozzle and the marrow nucleus sucking and removing tube connected to the nozzle, which are inserted into the spinal cord, are changeably constituted.
