To make it possible to securely weld a martensite tissue member without the occurrence of crack in this martensite tissue member by using the martensite structure member having a reformed part reformed to an austenite structure in a welding position.
The base metal to be a shaft part A at the time of producing assembled parts 2 of magnetic sensor parts 1 is a steel kind SUS 440C having the structure of ferrite + carbide and is the material which is transformed to the martensite structure by subjecting the material to a heat treatment. The reforming stage is executed under conditions of about 2.0kW in the laser output of CO2 and 1m/min reforming speed in a gaseous atmosphere of Ar. As a result, the reformed part is formed in the cylindrical part of the base metal and the molten supply material melts the periphery of the welding position of the base metal to mingle the material quality of the supply material and the material quality of the base metal. The molten part of the base metal is cooled and solidified by the mixed material, by which the austenite structure is obtd.
