Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate the mass of deposits made by piling objects, even if plural kinds of objects are mixed and piled and have different bulk density according to positions.SOLUTION: A measuring portion 30 measures a three-dimensional shape of deposits, and a shape approximation portion 32 generates the aggregation of columnar parts extending in a height direction, approximating the three-dimensional shape, on the basis of the measured three-dimensional shape. A column mass calculating portion 36 calculates the product of bulk density and the volume of the columnar part as the mass of the columnar part, by using the bulk density decided according to the height of the columnar part. A deposit mass calculating portion 38 calculates the total sum of the mass of each columnar part as the mass of the piled deposits.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
