Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage tank which can surely stir an enlarger amount of raw material meats to give the uniform treated product, and can be subjected to a reverse rotation operation to surely discharge all of the raw material meats treated in the tank.
SOLUTION: This massage tank is characterized by spirally disposing a stirrer for stirring the raw material meats in the main body of the tank, continuously forming the stirrer 3 in a state that the stirrer is revolved on at least a half round or more of the inner peripheral surface of the tank, and ensuring a releasing area S for discharging the treated raw material meats in the tank inner peripheral wall between the spiral starting end 9 and spiral finishing end 10 of the stirrer 3. The spiral angle θ of the stirrer 3 from the spiral starting end to the spiral finishing end 10 is set within the range of 180 to 270 degree.
