Title:
MASSAGING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3857775
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly stop therapeutical fingers of a massaging machine at a desired interval, by detecting the gap between therapeutical fingers and applying dynamic braking on a drive motor of an approaching/departing means according to the detecting signal.
SOLUTION: A subject presses a gap regulating button to set the massaging ball gap to wide, medium, or narrow before pressing a tapping button. For instance, when the wide is set and a tapping operation instruction is inputted, an upper lead switch 63 receives WIDE signal, a microcomputer 80 transmits on/off signal to an AC voltage control circuit of a massage motor drive circuit 82 to cut off AD current. Then the massage motor 55 stops but continues inertial rotation. Thereby reverse electromotive force is generated. After a prescribed time elapsed, the microcomputer 80 transmits a switch signal to a relay switch of the massage motor drive circuit 82 to convert the direction of the reverse electromotive force to the normal direction to generate dynamic braking. Medium and narrow also similarly acts. Thus the machine can be quickly stopped.
