A device is constructed so that a material feeding vice part to feed a material 10 is moved by the rotation of a screw 5. Also a female screw (A) 7a fitted threadedly to the screw 5 is installed on the lower part of the material feeding vice 7, and a female screw (B) 8 fitted threadedly to the screw 5 is installed at a position apart from the female screw (A) 7a by a specified distance. In addition, a compressive spring 9 to push out the female screws (A) 7a and (B) 8 outward is installed between the female screws (A) 7a and (B) 8, and a restricting member 7b to restrict only the rotation of the female screw (B) 8 is installed on the under part of the material feeding vice.
