To develop a sound insulating material by which a sound insulating layer is intensively formed as required in arbitrary places of a sound absorbing layer without requiring fabrication equipment such as trim and press equipment, and which is light in weight as a whole, compared with a sound insulating material in which the sound insulating layer such as a rubber sheet is stacked to a conventional sound absorbing layer.
In the sound insulating material comprising two layers of the sound absorbing layer and the sound insulating layer, a bag shape object including sound absorbing resin, or a mixed object of the sound absorbing resin, and sand and fine crushed stone, or cement, is stuck and stacked to an arbitrary part of the sound absorbing layer.
