Abstract:
To enable efficient control of materials, according to a material control system and a material control method relating to the present disclosure.SOLUTION: A material control system comprises: a storage part for storing material control data including a plurality of pieces of material information including the identification number that is individually allocated, and the package number associated with each of the plurality of pieces of material information; a reading part constituted to be capable of reading an RF tag constituted to be capable of storing corresponding material information, the RF tag included in an RF tag component attached to each of a plurality of materials; and a control part. The control part executes processing of updating the material control data in association with read information for the material information corresponding to a read tag read by the reading part, and processing of updating the material control data in association with the read information for the material information including the same package number and corresponding to an unread tag by searching the material control data using the package number stored in the read tag as a key, when the unread tag that has not been read by the reading part is present.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
