PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electronics material capable of achieving layer formation by application method and low-temperature curing of the formed layer, and to provide an organic electronics element using the same.SOLUTION: The present invention provides: an organic electronics material containing a) charge transporting compound with at least one cation polymerizable substituent group, b) cationic polymerization initiator, and c) radical polymerization initiator; and an organic electronics element having a layer formed by applying and depositing the organic electronics material on a substrate. It is preferable to include at least one of aromatic amine, carbazole, and thiophene compound as the charge transporting compound.
