Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement device capable of performing position measurement with a simple mechanism.SOLUTION: A measurement device 10 includes: a photoelectric conversion unit 30 that is configured to be capable of receiving light beams emitted from a position measurement object that are caused to have different optical path lengths and outputs electric signals according to light receiving amounts for the respective optical path lengths; and a measurement unit 12 that measures a position of the position measurement object on the basis of a ratio between two electric signals among the electric signals of the respective optical path lengths obtained by the photoelectric conversion unit 30.
