Abstract:
To provide a measurement method and a measurement device capable of shortening the time required for specifying a position of one surface of an object to be measured and a position of the other surface opposite to the one surface.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a measurement method that specifies a position of one surface of an object to be measured and a position of the other surface opposite to the one surface. The measurement method has: a step of arranging a first measuring unit having a linear first measuring element and a second measuring unit having a linear second measuring element so as to face each other, aligning the first measuring element and the second measuring element on the same straight line, arranging an object to be measured between the first measuring unit and the second measuring unit, and adjusting a position of the first measuring unit and a position of the second measuring section relative to the object to be measured in a state where the first measuring element of the first measuring unit and the second measuring element of the second measuring unit are aligned on the same straight line; and a step of specifying the positions of one surface and the other surface of the object to be measured using the first measuring element of the first measuring unit and a second measuring element of the second measuring unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
