Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus for bore deformation in a cylinder block, capable of easily measuring the deformation of the bore in consideration of temperature and pressure conditions applied to the cylinder block.
SOLUTION: The measuring apparatus for bore deformation in a cylinder block includes: a pressurization device for providing a pressure to the bore in the cylinder block; a cooling water controller for controlling the supply of the cooling water to the cylinder block; a slider member slidably mounted along the longitudinal direction of the bore in the cylinder block; a first driving member for sliding the slider member; a rotation member rotatably mounted on the top end of the slider member; a second driving member for rotating the rotation member; a first sensor mounted on the side of the rotation member for sensing the space between the bore and the rotation member; and a second sensor for sensing the sliding length of the slider member.
