The measuring device includes: a light source with a continuous spectrum; a dispersion part dispersing the light from the light source; an output part which outputs image data by imaging respectively a continuous spectrum at each of a standard imaging device with standard spectral sensitivity characteristics and a measured objective imaging device with spectral sensitivity characteristics different from the standard spectral sensitivity characteristics of the standard imaging device; and an operation part which calculates a ratio of the spectral sensitivity characteristics of the measured objective imaging device to the spectral sensitivity characteristics of the standard imaging device using pixel values with a same color filter component at a position corresponding to wavelength components along a spectral direction of the dispersion part among each image data of the output standard imaging device and the measured objective imaging device per each wavelength component and each color filter component.
