Abstract:
To provide a measuring device in which the adjustment of a range can be executed in a short time and with high accuracy without requiring a large facility for calibration when the adjustment of the range of the measuring device constituted of many ranges is executed.
A measuring device is provided with a range-gain adjusting circuit 20. At this time, the range-gain adjusting circuit 20 is composed of a reference-voltage generator 3 for range-gain adjustment, an attenuator 4 for range-gain adjustment, a control circuit 7 and a computing circuit 8. It finds a range gain ratio between respective ranges, it calibrates the actual input of one range, and it adjusts the range gain of all measuring ranges on the basis of both results.
