Abstract:
To develop a means for simply and rapidly measuring the concentration of dioxins in exhaust gas, wastewater, incineration ash, soil, organism, food or the like in a large quantity at a low cost.
A dioxin component is subjected to a high-speed solvent extraction method from a sample to be analyzed, the obtained extract is subsequently subjected to clean-up treatment, and an immunoassay method is adapted to the obtained sample to measure dioxins to simply and rapidly measure the concentration of dioxins in a large quantity.
