PURPOSE: To easily fit or remove a performance board by rotating a slide screw fitted to a slide frame and a fixed frame to move the slide frame to the right or left, and vertically moving a performance board frame via a guide groove and a cam follower.

CONSTITUTION: A performance board 9 is fixed above a test head by a performance board frame 7, and the performance board frame 7 is positioned by linear shafts 8. A slide screw 2 connecting a fixed frame 1 and a slide frame 5 is rotated by a rotary handle 3, and the slide frame 5 is moved to the right or left. When the slide frame 5 is moved to the right or left, the cam follower 6 of the performance board frame 7 is guided by the guide groove 4 of the slide frame 5, and it is vertically moved in response to the feed quantity of the slide screw 2. The peripheries of the linear shafts 8 are formed into bearings, and the vertical actions of the performance board frame 7 are smoothly made. The performance board 9 can be smoothly fitted to or removed from the test head.
