Title:
MECHANISM TO DETECT REMOVAL OF WIRE FROM PULLEY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3651253
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of defective products having flaws or twisting by detecting removal of wire from a pulley, in any, in a wire winding changing process.
SOLUTION: This mechanism comprises a pulley shaft 3 having a negative polarity protruded to both sides of a pulley 2 for guiding running of wire 1 to support the pulley 2, an electrode rod 4 having a positive polarity having a V-groove 5 between both ends, and a support member 6 of insulation property to support the pulley shaft 3 and the electrode rod 4 in a non-conductive condition. The pulley shaft 3 and the electrode rod 4 are installed on the support member 6 in such a way that wire 1 gets out of contact with the electrode rod 4 as the V-groove 5 in the electrode rod 4 is positioned on a running line of wire 1 and when wire 1 is engaged with the pulley 2, and that it gets in contact with the pulley shaft 3 and the electrode rod 4 when it removes from the pulley 2.
