Abstract:
To facilitate association between an analysis result of anonymous medical data and medical data before anonymization.SOLUTION: A medical data management system according to an embodiment comprises: a management server; and an analysis server. The management server anonymizes medical data including personal information to create anonymous medical data not including the personal information. The management server gives an anonymous ID which is associated with a personal ID within the personal information to the anonymous medical data, and transmits anonymous medical data, to which the anonymous ID is given, to the analysis server. The management server causes an analysis result sent back from the analysis server to be stored in a storage unit. The analysis server analyzes the transmitted anonymous medical data to obtain an analysis result. The analysis server gives the anonymous ID which is given to the transmitted anonymous medical data to the analysis result, and sends back the analysis result, to which the anonymous ID is given, to the management server.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
