To provide a system and the like for providing medical information concerning with traveling abroad before travel for allowing a traveler to go abroad without concern.

A storage device of a server 1 stores travel information associated with a destination of travel and medical information concerning with the destination. The server 1 receives a travel destination from a PC 2, retrieves travel information based on the travel destination, and transmits the corresponding medical information to the PC 2. The storage device of the server 1 stores medical certificate information written in English for the traveler, and when transmission of the medical certificate is required from a doctor overseas in emergency, the server 1 transmits the medical certificate written in English about the traveler if the doctor is registered. The server 1 transmits a message stating transmission of the medical certificate to the traveler and his/her family and the like.
