Abstract:

To provide a medication management system capable of surely performing medication at prescribed time without an error.

The medication management system is constituted by providing a server 1 having a storage medium 2 which stores prescription data, patient data and medication schedule data by associating them with one another and a control means 3 which outputs an announcement signal based on a medication schedule, a first detected part 7 for specifying a patient, a second detected part 14 for specifying prescribed medicine, a detection means for detecting both of the detected parts 7, 14 and a portable terminal 5 which decides whether or not the medicine to be medicated to the patient is appropriate by performing announcement output based on the announcement signal from the server 1, detecting each of the detected parts 7, 14 by the detection means and performing data transmission/reception with the server 1.
