Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable medicinal composition for percutaneous administration, containing a slightly water-soluble medicine as an active ingredient.
SOLUTION: This medicinal composition for percutaneous adsorption has dissolved the above-mentioned problem by formulating and emulsifying a slightly water-soluble medicine as an active ingredient, ethylene glycol salicylate and water as a medium and a hydrophilic nonionic surfactant having ≥60 average number of addition mols of ethylene oxide in a polyoxyethylene chain or polyoxyethylene glycol chain as an emulsifying agent.
