Medicine-containing particles including bitter-tasting raw medical particles having an average particle size of 100-300 μm, a grain size ratio (in mass ratio) of 75-425 μm/less than 75 μm = 60/40-100/0 and the aspect ratio (major axis/minor axis) of more than 90 mass % is 3/1-1/1, and a water insoluble polymer compound and a plasticizer are further coated with a water insoluble polymer compound and a plasticizer, thereby the chewable type medicinal solid preparation having film including water insoluble polymer compound is obtained.
