Abstract:
To provide a device that serves as crimp binding and crimp binding removal by crimp binding mechanism that performs crimp binding on a sheet bundle.SOLUTION: A medium processing device comprises a crimping tooth that performs pressure deformation to bind a predetermined position of a sheet bundle that is a bundle for sheet-like medium loaded, and a control unit that controls operation for causing the crimping tooth to crimp the predetermined position of the sheet bundle, and the crimping tooth can be used for binding processing for pressure-deforming the predetermined position of the sheet bundle by the crimping tooth and binding removal processing for crushing the pressure-deformed predetermined position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
