Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the page turning over accuracy of a medium processor for bank books.
SOLUTION: This medium processor is provided with idle rollers 7 which transport bankbooks and a turn page roller assembly 5 coaxially provided with turn page rollers 8 having high-friction members protruded from the peripheral surfaces of the idle rollers 7. The processor is also provided with a front open guide 13 and a rear open guide 14 which have fulcra of rotation on their end sections side farther from the roller assembly 5 and can be opened and closed on the sides closer to the assembly 5. Fach open guide 13 and 14 has such a shape that its section closer to the assembly 5 is curved upward.
