Abstract:
To provide a melanin synthesis promoter and an external preparation for skin in order to prevent, alleviate and improve gray hair, leukodermia, etc., of the skin caused by lack or decrease of melanin.
A crude drug selected from spikes, etc., of Artemisia capillaris Thunb, spikes, etc., of chrysanthemum, root tuber, etc., of Polygonum multifolum Thunb and fruit, etc., of Forsythia suspensa, or alginic acid oligosaccharide is used as the melanin synthesis promoter.
