Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cantilever-like sounding body of a melody percussion instrument composed of various materials from which musical sounds are emitted and improving operability, performance, and expressiveness.SOLUTION: A main key 26 is formed of a slit-like hole 23 inserted into a flat and cantilever-like sounding body 16a of a melody percussion instrument. The direction indicated by the top end of the main key 26 is toward the base end part of the sounding body 16a.EFFECT: At the time of touching keys in such sounding body 16a, the top end part or the main key 26 of the sounding body 16 is touched, and a clear music sound can be acquired. In addition to be able to pluck up the top end part of the sounding body 16a in the performance, the top end part lateral end surface of the sounding body 16a can be performed by a bow of the string instrument in a plucking manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
