Abstract:
To provide a melting furnace monitor system capable of improving the discrimination precision of adherent slag in a slag hole.SOLUTION: A melting furnace monitor system comprises: a camera continuously filming a slag hole in a melting furnace to create plural images in a time series; a slag candidate region extraction part extracting slag candidate regions in the plural images by discrimination according to the threshold of brightness; a movement detection part detecting the regions in which movement has been detected in the plural images as movement detection regions; and an adherent slag region specification part specifying the regions other than the movement detection regions in the slag candidate regions as adherent slag regions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
