Wherein, the photocatalyst function regions 2 are scattered so as to occupy 30-90% of the surface of the member. The photocatalyst function regions 2 exhibit such photocatalyst functions as to decompose malodor, exert antibacterial and moldproof action and exhibit hydrophilicity by virtue of the photocatalyst particles included therein and even when elongation and contraction, impact and strain etc. are applied to the member A, the elongation and contraction, impact and strain etc. are cushioned among the photocatalyst function regions and no cracking is caused because the photocatalyst function regions 2 are scattered.
