To adhere simply, easily and promptly in a good state even wall paper having no paste by providing sheet-like or ribbon-like base material, and disposing dry paste developing viscosity through the impregnation of moisture on the front and rear surface.
Dry paste 2 developing its viscosity by being impregnated with moisture is arranged in the entire surface of base material 1 on the front and rear surface of the sheet-like or ribbon-like base material 1 in order to form a member to be adhered. Concretely, the adhesive member holds the base material 1, and forms dry paste 2 in a manner being sandwiched between the front and the rear. When wall paper having no paste is stuck on the wall surface by using such a member to be adhered, after spraying water on the wall surface desired to have wall paper stuck thereto by means of a sprayer or the like, an adhesive material cut into a shape of the wall surface is stuck after spraying water on the wall surface desired to have wall paper stuck thereto by means of a sprayer or the like. As a concrete example of the base material 1, there are given a paper film such as craft paper and Japanese paper, and a cloth film or the like of cotton and so forth, and as a concrete example of such a dry paste, there is given polyvinyl alcohol, etc.
