Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane bellows capable of guiding membrane bellows to buckling in a lateral direction.SOLUTION: A membrane bellows includes at least one sliding guide mechanism for sliding and guiding a tube member (14) at least partially surrounding an extension range of the membrane bellows. The sliding guide mechanism includes at least two ring members (10), (11) extending over a range of 180° or less in a circumferential direction about a longitudinal axis (5) of the membrane bellows, and respectively having a guide portion (12) and a supporting portion (13) projecting in a direction of the longitudinal axis (5) from the guide portion (12). Each supporting portion (13) projects to a clearance gap (6) between adjacent membranes (1). Each guide portion (12) extends to a radial outer side of the adjacent membrane (1), and has a guide face (16) directed away from the longitudinal axis (5) of the membrane bellows to slide and guide an inner side face (15) of the tube member (14).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
