Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection device of an easily-achieved and simple structure for a pipe conduit system also receiving high dynamic load and thermal load, guiding an exhaust gas of high temperature of an internal combustion engine, and including a turbine housing and an exhaust manifold housing.SOLUTION: A band clamp 38 is constituted to act on a corresponding supporting device disposed on outer peripheral portions of a turbine housing 2 and an exhaust manifold housing 4 by first and second leg pieces 39, 40 connected through a web directed to have a V-shaped cross-section, an intermediate ring 30 is effective between a second fastening face 42 of the second leg piece and an inner supporting face 37 of a second ring flange 34, and the intermediate ring is fastened to the inner supporting face of the second ring flange through second and fourth fastening faces and a fastening face part of the intermediate ring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
