To provide a membrum inferious water discharging device which can feed or drain hot water in use without moving the device main body.
This membrum inferius water discharging device is equipped with a main body 2, water discharging means 5, 6 and 7, a circulating means 15, and a water feeding/draining tank 30. In this case, the main body 2 forms a membrum inferius housing space LS which houses the membrum inferius of a user. The water discharging means 5, 6 and 7 discharge the hot water toward the membrum inferius being housed. The circulating means 15 recovers the hot water being discharged from the water discharging means 5, 6 and 7, and feeds the water to the water discharging means 5, 6 and 7. The water feeding/draining tank 30 feeds the hot water to the water discharging means 5, 6 and 7, and at the same time, is freely detachably fitted on the main body 2 so that the used hot water can be recovered.
