Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent stripping off of a coating and hardening in inserting and pulling out in the connecting part of a connector due to the increase in the thickness of the coat.
CONSTITUTION: There is an undercoat 4 over an outer coating plate 3, and on top of the undercoat 4, printing is made in four colors. The thickest part of the coat is the part 11 where all four color are overlaid. On the contrary, the thinnest part of the coat are the parts 9 and 10. When the thickness of coating is increased 20μm for each color, the difference of thickness between the part 11 and the part 9 or 10 is 60μm for three colors.
