Abstract:

To provide a metal joint part which has been attempted to improve both of electrical characteristic and mechanical strength.

Metal plates 10, 11 is cut along the first-fourth cutting lines L1-L4 in the state in which the metal plates 10, 11 are folded to dent a portion surrounded with these first-fourth cutting lines L1-L4 by pressing the same, so that a center caulking portion 2 is formed. At this time, since the cutting surfaces of the first-fourth cutting lines L1-L4 are dented with being rubbed, the metal joint portions are provided on the cutting surfaces of the first-fourth cutting lines L1-L4.
