Title:
METAL LAMINATE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3863366
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal laminate reduced in such a phenomenon that a pinhole, a crack and peeling are generated in the laminate to a metal panel in a squeezing process at a time of can making and having excellent processability and corrosion resistance.
SOLUTION: In a metal laminate wherein a polyester film containing polyester and inert particles is laminated on a metal panel, the thickness of the polyester film is 7-50 μm and the content of inert particles satisfying formulae [1] 0<R-t<10, [2] 1<R/t<1.5 [wherein R is a particle size (μm) of inert particles and t is the total thickness (μm) of the polyester film] is 1-100 ppm with respect to the polyester film.
