PURPOSE: To obtain the titled metal mold capable of molding various fans by replacing circumferential parts only by a method wherein the metal mold for the blade of the resin fan is divided into a central mold part and circumferential mold parts.

CONSTITUTION: The metal mold 1 is divided into a central mold part 2 and circumferential mold parts 3 and assembled by inserting the central mold part 2 into the fitting hole 24 in the center of the circumferential mold parts 3 and then the resin is injected to mold the fan. At this time, the rotor part 5 of the fan 4 and the base of the blade 6 are molded in the central mold part 2 while the front part of the blade 6 is molded in the circumferential mold parts 3. The shape and the size of the fan can be changed by replacement of the circumferential mold parts 3 only. The cost of the metal mold can be saved.
