Abstract:
To provide a leveling method that makes metal powder for sintering uniformly distribute on a conical base surface of a pulley body, when forming a layer having strength higher than the pulley body by a sintering method on a sheave surface of the pulley body.SOLUTION: A leveling method comprises the steps of: S10 for spraying metal powder for sintering on a base surface, by arranging a work (pulley) with a conical base surface directed upward, above a lower mold for sintering; S20 for sealing by covering an upper mold for sintering having a conical counter face with the metal powder sandwiched on the base surface (sheave surface); S30 for reversing up and down a sintering mold made of a lower mold for sintering and an upper mold for sintering; and S40 for rotating the sintering mold with an axis center of the work (pulley) as a center, while giving vibration to the sintering mold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
