Abstract:
To provide a vapor chamber that can enhance a capillary action while reducing flow passage resistance of working liquid.SOLUTION: A vapor chamber 1 according to the present invention comprises a first metal sheet 10, and a second metal sheet 20 being provided on the first metal sheet 10, and forming a sealed space 3 between itself and the first metal sheet 10. A first contact surface 13a of the first metal sheet 10 is provided with a first liquid flow passage concave part 30 for conveying working liquid 2 condensed from vapor to an evaporation part 11. The first liquid flow passage concave part 30 comprises a first concave part opening part 31, and a first large width part 32 provided closer to a bottom side of the first liquid flow passage concave part 30 than the first concave part opening part 31. In a cross section of the first liquid flow passage concave part 30, a width of the first large width part 32 is larger than a width of the first concave part opening part 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
