Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal smelting raw material recovery apparatus and method which can efficiently recover metal smelting raw materials of precious metals and valuable metals from incineration ash obtained by incinerating waste.SOLUTION: An apparatus for recovering metal smelting raw materials from waste incineration ash includes: a falling ash collecting device IIA that collects falling ash falling from a stoker 14 of a stoker-type waste incinerator I; a waste gasification melting device IV; a falling ash feeder III that supplies the falling ash to the waste gasification melting device IV; and a device V for recovering metals derived from the falling ash that cools molten metals discharged from the waste gasification melting device IV to obtain metals derived from the falling ash as metal smelting raw materials. The waste gasification melting device IV pyrolyzes, gasifies, and burns waste to melt ash and receives the supply of the falling ash from the falling ash feeder to melt the falling ash, and discharges molten slag and molten metals produced by melting of the ash of the waste and the falling ash.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
