Abstract:
To provide a metal structural body having a coating provided with both heat resistance and corrosion resistance.
In regard to a metal structural body having a coating formed by applying a layer 22 of castable refractory on a metal 10 being the structural body, the metal structural body having the heat and corrosion resistant coating 20 is characterized by that it has a layer 21 of a corrosion resistant paint applied to a surface of the metal between the metal and the layer of castable refractory. It is preferable that the surface of the metal is precedently treated by a silane coupling agent having a metal coordinating capacity.
