Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meter reading system capable of facilitating connection between a water and gas meter terminal and an electric meter terminal while facilitating acquisition of meter reading data of electricity, gas, and water.SOLUTION: In a meter reading system 1 including two or more electric meters 100 each having a measurement unit 110 and a communication unit 130 includes: a cable 150 electrically connected to the communication unit 130; and a connection device 500 electrically connected to a cable and communicably connected to at least one of a gas meter terminal and a water meter terminal. At least one of gas meter reading data and water meter reading data is transmitted to the communication unit via the connecting device, and power meter reading data, and at least one of the gas meter reading data and the water meter reading data are transmitted to a communication master unit 200, a data aggregation unit 300, or a center unit 400 (host unit) by the communication unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
