Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a methacrylic resin composition, capable of easily being processed without getting a damage in the appearance on being laminated to a metal, etc., and processed secondarily, especially as its film in a low temperature, and capable of being formed to the film or a sheet of which laminated article is excellent in weather resistance, scratch resistance and solvent resistance.
SOLUTION: This methacrylic resin composition consists of a methacrylic ester-based copolymer and acrylic acid ester-based cross-linked elastic material particles, wherein, (1) the methacrylic ester-based copolymer consists of the acrylic acid ester-based copolymer having ≤25°C glass transition temperature and the methacrylic acid ester-based copolymer having ≥45°C glass transition temperature; (2) the acrylic acid ester-based cross-linked elastomer particles have 500-1,500 &angst weight-average particle diameter; (3) the acrylic acid ester- based polymer has a specific graft ratio to the acrylic acid ester-based cross- linked elastomer particles; and (4) the methyl ethyl ketone soluble portion of the methacrylic resin composition has 0.2-0.8 dl/g reduced viscosity.
