Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition and a production method thereof in which stability of active ingredients can be secured in all areas from a point of production to a point after a distribution process, and thus can maintain stable physical properties which is a constant elution rate for example.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition contains irbesartan, lactose hydrate and/or crystalline cellulose, and povidone. The pharmaceutical composition may further contain amlodipine besilate. In a method for producing a pharmaceutical composition, mixture containing irbesartan, lactose hydrate and/or crystalline cellulose, and povidone is granulated by stirring granulation or fluidized bed granulation.
