Title:
長鎖のアルキルおよび脂肪族カルボン酸から誘導される第3級アミノアルキルアミド触媒を使用するポリウレタンフォームの製造方法
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP4004462
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided is a reactive catalyst composition for producing water-foamable flexible polyurethane foam, which causes the catalyst to be fixed to the polyurethane polymer to avoid the discharge of amine and is acid-blocked to provide a catalyst having controlled effect. CONSTITUTION: The polyurethane foam is produced by the method comprising the step of: reacting an organic polyisocyanate with a polyol in the presence of water as a foaming agent, a bubble stabilizer and a tertiary aminoalkylamide catalyst composition represented by the following formula 1. In formula 1, A is CH or N; R1 is H or formula (a); n is an integer of 1-3; each of R2 and R3 is H or a C1-C6 linear or branched alkyl; each of R4 and R5 is a C1-C6 linear or branched alkyl when A is N, R4 and R5 form a C2-C5 alkylene together when A is N, or R4 together with R5 may be a C2-C5 alkylene containing NR7 when A is CH or N, wherein R7 is selected from the group consisting of H, a C1-C4 linear or branched alkyl and formula (a); and R6 is a C5-C35 linear or branched alkyl, alkenyl or aryl. The tertiary aminoalkylamide catalyst composition is preferably N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-2-ethylhexamide, N-(3-dimethyl aminopropyl)cocamide, or N-(3-dimethyl aminopropyl) toluamide.
